Hosted by Jessica in Morayfield

What a day at Jessica’s place. Between feeding carrots to the horses, giving the dog a pat, and a competitive horseshoe and boules contest, there was plenty of fun to go around, six year olds to over eighties all having a go.

There was plenty of work too. Members pitched in cutting jasmine back from the dragon fruit, clearing weeds and creepers, potting up seedlings and clearing the paths, leaving Jessica’s garden looking better than ever.

Lunch was a highlight, a big pot of soup and rolls plus everything members brought to share. It was also a chance to remember Byron, a much loved member of our community.

A few members got help learning how to enter their own trades on CES too, one more thing ticked off for the year.
