Meet and get to know other members at the Trading Day

Where: Albion Peace Hall, under the Albion Overpass – 102 McDonald Rd Windsor

Rosie will lead the Storytelling from 1pm –

Story Circle  –  January’s topic  –  Your best or worst New year’s Eve  Storytelling in Business Marketing

– Crystallise and capture a special moment, event or experience

with a short, sharp and shareable event story – 5 minutes

Trading from 2-4pm

– come and share your skills, knowledge, passions and outside the box interests – we have such a

diverse group of very talented, widely skilled and varied members – you always learn so much from

each other when you attend!

Check out https://www.facebook.com/groups/BrisLETStrading for what’s happening.

Let the Newsletter Editor know what you would like advertised to create interest in what you have to offer.

HINT: Active traders browse our lists of offers & wants in advance, and arrange to meet the trader at the meeting to hand over the goods.

Reusing / repurposed items often get snapped up when you suggest purposes they might be used for – down sizing, decluttering – increase your

sales by adding your imagination! Or team up with other traders eg, someone has transport, someone has ideas and someone is handy!

– bring a plate of food to share for afternoon tea – cows milk, tea, coffee and sugar provided.

What to bring to this trading event:

  • Friends – spread the word!

  • Trading record sheet and pen, or data-enabled smartphone, tablet or laptop to put through transactions immediately

  • Goods to trade, or equipment needed for a service eg chair for head and neck massage

  • Promotional material of services you are offering

  • $20 joining fee if you don’t yet have a BrisLETS account, CLICK HERE to download a membership form.

  • BrisLETS is all about trading: buying and selling goods and services for LETS units rather than spending the Aussie Dollar.
